ScotBilt's South Georgia plant is well located to service the primary markets of Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama. With it's central location to these markets, freight and service costs are kept to a minimum. The company's new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is one of the largest factories in the industry with approximately 150,000 square feet of production capacity, three times larger than any plant previously built by Mr. Scott. The ample capapcity combined with construction innovations not used by other manufacturers ensures that ScotBilt is the leader in quality home production.
