Sam Scott, Chairman, 36 years:
Started up and led the most successful Mobile Home Manufacturing Company in the industry in the past twenty five years. Expert in all phases of the industry. He introduced Gold Card Service and the 10 Year Warranty to the Mobile Home Industry. In 1996, Mr. Scott was voted the Entrepreneur of the year by Ernst & Young, The Koffman Foundation, USA Today, the NASDAQ, Holland & Knight Law Offices, and Southtrust Bank. He is known for his family philanthropy to his church, Alumni Groups, and various civic organizations.

Greg Scott, Executive Vice President/ Director of Operations 26 Years:
The eldest son of Sam Scott and former vice president and Chief Operations Officer of General Housing in its heyday. Virtually grew up working in the Mobile Home Industry and is considered an expert in all phases of manufacturing, service, and set-up. Greg is well known for his generosity to the YMCA and other youth organizations in the area.

Shea Jones, Executive Vice-President and Director of Marketing – 30 Years:
Shea came to ScotBilt from the retail side of Manufactured Housing. He was President and Owner of Jones & Veal in Waycross, Georgia. Before his 20 year tenure in retail, Shea, for 10 years, was National Sales Manager for a large manufactured housing company with multiple factories located in the SouthEast.
Shea currently serves on the Board of Directors of Georgia Manufactured Housing Association. He has served this organization for eight years. Shea brings to the table for all our retail dealers the knowledge of how to cut through all the bottlenecks in the retail sector. He also brings to the table very informed knowledge as to the needs of the retailers especially when it comes to designing new floorplans.

Tom Holland, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer 10 Years:
Tom spent 10 years at General as Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer. He is credited with introducing several of the better accounting systems to General Housing as it was flourishing. Prior to that, Tom was regarded as one of the finest individual accountants and CPA as consultant to some of the leading industries in this area with 25 years prior accounting experience.

Shelby Griffin, Corporate Secretary, Office Manager 34 Years:
Shelby was one of the first employees at General Housing and was recognized as the backbone of the company during its better days. Shelby was the oldest employee, not in age but in years of service, when she voluntarily resigned from General Housing. Shelby is widely regarded for her overall knowledge of the industry, her tremendous work ethics, and her great ability to get the most out of her workforce in a harmonious environment.

Benny Bryan, Plant Superintendent 36 Years:
Benny recently completed a successful 15 year career as Generals top Plant Superintendent. In its prime with five manufacturing facilities in the Scott era, Benny was always known for producing the best quality product and was always achieving the lowest labor percentage and top profit. Benny also draws on 21years production management expertise with Skyline, Nobility, and Fleetwood Enterprises.
